Relay Room – Marketing & Social Media Associate (Intern to Associate)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate (Intern) to join our team. If you’re tech-savvy and passionate about promoting real estate and design brands on social media, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate has strong visual and written communication skills, enjoys creating content for websites, EDMs, and social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and has a creative mindset. A public social media account to showcase your skills is a plus.

In this role, you’ll help execute digital marketing and community-building initiatives, focusing on content strategy, growing followers, and increasing brand awareness.

We’re seeking someone who is quick to learn, stays updated on trends, is personable, and ideally has experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe. You should be independent, a team player, and value building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Ideate, produce, and manage high-quality content daily across multiple social media platforms in the Miracle Homes, Miracle Familie and Type Design Asia ecosystem to drive community growth, sales, and business goals.
• Contribute to, schedule, and post weekly/monthly social media calendars across multiple accounts, ensuring content is on schedule.
• Identify trending content topics, viral audio and relate them to our unique brand stories to engage target audiences.
• Be proficient in the Xiaohongshu platform to repurpose existing short form content produced for IGR/TT into relatable Chinese postings with relevant captions and subtitle translations
• Assist Sarah X. in shooting day to day behind the scenes footage when needed of real estate happenings, live performances, family happenings.

Marketing & Partnerships

• Conduct market analysis of trends in real estate, design, music, and lifestyle.
• Develop partnerships with brands and influencers for community growth.
• Develop social media strategies to promote new product launches.

Requirements

• High-school Diploma, Degree undergraduate or recent local polytechnic graduate, preferably from Marketing, Mass Communications, Design or similar field
• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for digital marketing and social media, with expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, keeping up with new trends and tools
• Personable, pleasant, street-smart, adaptable, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask
• Enjoy communicating with people and always eager to learn new things
• Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
• Working knowledge of Canva / Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere Pro (portfolio preferred)
