Content Creator & Video Editor (Intern)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate content creation intern to join our close-knit family at Taizjo & the Miracle Familie. To excel in this role, you must be passionate about entertainment, lifestyle and genuinely have an interest in family life. You are someone who wants to effect positive change with your skills in multiple aspects of content production. Minimum internship period is 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing for Miracle Familie's YouTube Channel under the close guidance of Sarah X. Miracle
• Produce and Assist with YouTube Channel content production from conceptualization to completion for the #MiracleFamilie— including but not limited to: storyboarding, copywriting, producing, filming/lighting, set design/product styling, photography, design and video editing, post-production for social media and video content initiatives
• Social Media for Taizjo's IG Reels and TikTok accounts including content creation, planning, posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Keep a strong pulse of cultural conversations and an understanding of the latest social media trends
Our Ideal Candidate:
- LOVES TikTok and Instagram and the nuanced differences between them, and has an active personal account on both platforms
- IDEAS person who loves to generate creative ideas, yet receptive to feedback
- SELF-MOTIVATED and performs well in fast-paced environments
- CAN-DO attitude. Resourceful, proactive, hardworking, and personable- Independent worker but also an excellent collaborator
- Able to allocate time and effort appropriately based on differentiated scale of projects
- Demonstrates a strong good eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring the quality and accuracy of creative content pieces
Requirements:
• Undertaking or possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communications, production or other media-related field
• Strong execution and production skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom and Premiere Pro most crucially.)
• MUST have Basic knowledge in handling and operating equipment such as camera/audio/lighting equipment
• Previous internship or working experience in a media-related or content creation role preferred. Portfolio is necessary to apply.
