Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Ensure employer branding is consistently executed across multiple channels to promote RI as Asia employer of choice.
- Leverage social media and digital marketing to engage with talent communities across the region.
- Grow and measure the quality and volume of channels we use to attract new talent.
- Improve candidate and hiring manager experience by:
- working closely with L&D to conduct interview skills training for hiring manager
- develop and provide toolkit/toolbox ready to be deploy for campus recruitment and career fairs
- working closely with the country HRDs, design the recruitment life cycle and experience for the candidates
- Identify social networks and communities forums where specialists in our industry gather and promote our branding.
- Evaluate external labour market and trends linked to business growth projections and talent capability.
- Localised social media presence and relevant content management.
- Identify relevant conferences and career fairs in the countries for sales and technical recruitment.
- Develop and maintain Rentokil alumni platform
- Create consistent communications experiences that establish confidence, trust, and engagement with internal employees.
- Create high quality, compelling organization-wide communications through a variety of channels (email, video, websites, and social media).
- Develop engaging and motivating content that drives desired behaviours and fosters an engaged employee culture through Asia Speed and Google+.

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
Getting a Degree in Marcom, Marketing or related field.
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must.
Strong understanding of the digital space and ability to create a comprehensive social media strategy
A strong record of driving results and innovation through Communications or Marketing
Proven and strong track record in project management experience, relationship building, professional networking.
You have eye for detail, focus on quality, and a customer service orientation with problem solving and prioritizing skills.
Strong communications skills. Know how to communicate and convince why people should join us.
Strategic and creative thinker and ability to think out of the box for new concepts and challenge the norm.
