Customer Voice Count (CVC)
- Responsible for CVC process
- Responsible for contacting customers for feedback
- Key in all feedback into iCabs – creating CVC ticket
- For critical complaint or feedback that require immediate attention, send email / create iCabs ticket and assign to the relevant stakeholder
- Follow up with the stakeholder and ensure the ticket is closed
- Analyse reports for all divisions on CVC scoring
- Update the contact information into iCabs
Operational Support
- Monitor KPIs and responsible for KPIs consolidation across all divisions
- Create meeting agendas, notifications and follow up items
- Maintain reporting schedules and datelines from operations team
- Compile reports required for regional submissions and review
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
