REQUIREMENTS
Some experience in Admin, Sales support coordination
Passionate about sales, customer service, and building relationships with customers
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft applications a must
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
This is a 6-month contract for maternity coverage

Job Description
Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to key account customers
Preparation of proposals, quotations & add form for customers
Support Customer Retentions and Renewal of Contracts
Raise credit note, and debit note, get signatory and approval.
Submit to the billing department for processing
Issuance of Warranty Certificates
Update sales lead and retrieve service dockets
Recording & prepare reports on Sales Leads, Sales Statistics
Prepare monthly Sales Staff Commission
Take ownership to report issues, customer requests, customer info updates to supervisor and other stakeholders
Assist in resolving daily operational issues
Ad-hoc duties & Sales Related support
