Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reports to Team Leader
- Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers (attend to customer queries & schedule appointments)
- Handling and planning of daily schedule for existing team of technicians
- Preparing of schedule letters to customer
- Raising of credit notes for any miss services
- Doing of posting and compilation of reports
- Work closely with all departments in daily operation
- Assist line manager in daily operation issues
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/ Line manager
- Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times
- Making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries & schedule appointments)
- Generate and maintain report and Certificates
- Assist Team Leader to resolve daily operation issues
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/ Line Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Level or higher
- Minimum 4 months commitment from August
- Comfortable to work in a call center environment
- Possess good communications skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and another language (Spoken & Written)
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
- Meticulous, excellent with details
- Service-oriented, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure
