Role- Country Manager - Right hand
Missions
As a country manager right-hand intern, you will be required to work hand in hand with the CM on a multitude of subjects. The ideal candidate has a strong appetite for sustainability, is passionate about startups, highly motivated and ready to evolve in a fast-growing environment.
Your missions will be:
Assist your manager in prospecting for AndRepeat services in Singapore;
Contribute to the structuring of the strategy, the processes and the sales team;
Carry out market studies and explore new markets;
Promote AndRepeat through the various channels;
Participate in strategic projects
Follow-up of files and current developments, mailings
Assist in daily operational tasks and internal administrative management
You will also bring your vision and ideas, being able to adopt different points of view to make the activity grow together.
Profile
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business and expected to graduate after in 2022/23
2-3 prior working experience is a big advantage
Possess the required work or study rights for Singapore
Prior experience in a stimulating ecosystem (VC, consulting, startup …)
Have a strong team spirit, very autonomous, creative, self-taught and structured
Advantage with previous experience from the workings towards restaurants and/or foodservice industry
Excellent communication and relationship skills
High energy, comfortable to work in an entrepreneurial tempo
Excellent both oral and written, in English. Mandarin and French are your advantages.
Contract
Full-time, Internship - 6 months
