Service
Responsibilities:
• Tending the queue and seating arrangements
• Handle payment transactions
• Taking of orders and tending to customers' needs
• Crosscheck and delivery of orders
• Clearing and setting tables
• Prepare ocha (Japanese tea) and other beverages as per customer order
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Kitchen
• Prepare age / fried items
• Prepare sauces and hot / cold yaki menu
• Final check of food orders
• Food cutting and preparation - Chawanmushi, miso soup and rice, etc
• And ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Sushi Making
• Prepare sushi/sashimi
• Food cutting and preparation - Chawanmushi, miso soup and rice, etc
• And ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Dishwasher
• Clean food waste on the crockery (plate, bowl, spoon, etc.) before putting inside the dishwashing machine
• Place all the crockery into dishwasher for cleaning and remove when cleaned
• Drain, arrange and deliver cleaned crockery to kitchen, kaiten and service area
• Throw rubbish; sweep and mop the floors
• Assist kitchen area for simple task (if needed during off peak hour)
• Clean toilet (if any)
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the chef or manager including housekeeping

JOB REQUIREMENT
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Good interpersonal skills and loves to meet people
• Able to perform in a team
• Willing to work in fast paced environment and open to working shifts (no overnight shifts required)
5 days work week
44hours/week
Rotational Shift
Open to both Full & Part Time.
