Job Description

Job duties:

  • General administrative duties for the procurement department
  • Receiving, sorting and archiving of PO and other relevant documents
  • Data entry
  • Other administrative duties assigned from time to time


Requirements:

  • Applicants without experience welcome to apply, but must be computer literate
  • Familiar with MS Office (Words, Excel)
  • Able to work three days per week (any 3 days from Mondays to Fridays)
  • Working hours will be from 9:00am to 6:30pm
  • Singaporeans only
