Key Responsibilities
• Visual Asset Creation: Design and adapt promotional materials such as posters, flyers, digital screen graphics, and key visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, in collaboration with the design team and marketing managers.
• Template Customisation: Create and modify pre-designed templates to suit specific campaigns or events, ensuring visuals remain consistent with brand standards.
• Event Support: Create signage, banners, and other event-related graphics for in-park activations and special events, ensuring high visibility and guest engagement.
• Creative Input: Collaborate with the in-park marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain the professional aesthetic of USS and ACW.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
• File Organisation: Maintain a well-organised library of design files and templates for easy access and future use by the team.
• Basic Photography: Capture high-quality photos of in-park attractions, events, and promotional setups for use in marketing materials and social media platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and familiar with Canva or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to create designs for various media formats.
• Basic understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create engaging graphics that resonate with target audiences.
