Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the development of social media and content strategy – across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest 
  • Coordinate and execute online digital campaigns as well as offline events to drive traffic for e-commerce website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners: creative, production, digital agencies (based in Australia) to execute social media posts and campaigns in accordance with marketing plans and business goals
  • Conceptualize and design creative marketing content including brand assets such as images & videos, blog articles, posters, brochures etc
  • Help grow Influencer network and manage all mailings and track all influencer deliverables
  • Foster dialogue, answering questions or comments with our customers, advocates and influencers across all brand channels
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to track the performance of our marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years’ of hands-on social media and digital marketing experience 
  • Marketing or communications diploma or degree
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English
  • Reasonable level of technical skills and expertise with e-commerce platform - Shopify and social media/content creation apps. 
  • Highly self-motivated, positive team player who takes initiative but remains flexible and calm in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful is a must
  • Passionate about visual storytelling; you can curate beautiful content (imagery & video) and overtly obsess about Instagram feed aesthetic
  • Data-driven – you know how to find out what’s working and what isn’t
  • Strong creative background is a plus; video editing and/or graphic design
  • Previous experience with FMCG or Health brands across the APAC region is highly regarded
