About the Role
As a Creative Media Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of Retro Bowl’s identity—creating compelling digital content, designing visuals, and collaborating on campaigns that connect with our community across social media, YouTube, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Create short-form video content, motion graphics, and promotional clips for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, thumbnails, and ads
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, pitch, and execute content ideas
Stay updated with trends in digital media, gaming, and sports entertainment
Edit and enhance gameplay footage to showcase features, updates, or highlight reels
You Bring
A strong creative portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design
Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
A passion for retro gaming, football culture, or both!
A good sense of humor, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt brand voice
Bonus: experience with animation or livestreaming platforms
