Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of Intern Customer Service Officer

Responsibility

· Managing reception area and incoming phone calls

· Receive and welcome customer who visit PHS outlets, introduce them to Sale Consultant/ Stylist.

· Merchandise the reception area

· Handle frontline customers’ enquires

· Billing and Cashiering duties

· Tabulation of daily sales and proper recording

· Provide administrative assistance to Branch in-charge

· Support staff with the use of POS system

· Providing support to colleagues when help is needed

· Carry out duties and responsibilitiesas and when assigned by management

· Assist in company events, workshops and roadshows when required

Expectation 

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Diploma/A level/O level school/Professional Certificates/Higher Nitec or equivalent

· Serving customers is priority to any administrative duties.

· Possess strong communication skills and passion for service.

· Shows professionalism, treat customers with respect regardless of how they conduct themselves.

· Learn and educate the appropriate knowledge to customers on treatments, products, ingredients and equipment used.

· Pleasant and polite personality, deliver sincere customer service. Smile, it makes you and others happy.

· Maintain a well-groomed image and etiquette.

· Being prepared at all time for customer’s appointment.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to attend to our Mandarin speaking clients
  • 3rd language proficiency will be an added advantage
  • Only Singaporeans, Malaysian and PR need to apply 

Working Hours: 

Retail hours (work on weekends and Public Holidays)
