Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate secretarial team. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and understanding in various aspects of compliance and corporate secretarial operations. This role will provide best-in-class exposure to real-world corporate secretarial practices and processes in the real estate industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Secretarial department.
How You Add Value
(including but are not limited to)
- Support the corporate secretarial team with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, corporate actions and liquidation of SPVs
- Maintaining and updating the statutory registers, corporate records and internal records
- Maintaining and updating the storage inventory list and common seal inventory lists
- Coordinating the notarization and legalization of corporate documents and KYC processes
- Tracking and monitoring the accuracy of the legal documents (signature, date, corporate details etc.)
- Coordinating approval and submission of statutory returns to ACRA to ensure execution and approval processes in line with regulatory requirements and internal protocols
- Printing, scanning and maintaining physical files
- Collaborate with Revantage Asia departments (e.g., Finance, Tax, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely running of operations
- Coordinate with executive assistant to arrange for documents execution (printing, scanning, affixation of company stamp and mailing)
- General administration and other tasks needed to support the corporate secretarial team
What You Bring to The Role
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Companies Act 1967
- Proficiency in Microsoft words and other corporate secretarial software system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks
