Job Description

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and paperwork.

 

Employee Relations:

  • Help maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to People & Culture leaders as needed.

 

Training and Development:

  • Support the organization's training initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

 

HR Administration:

  • Aid in the maintenance of HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

 

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Assist in monitoring HR compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support the generation of HR-related reports and metrics.

 

Benefits Administration:

  • Help with benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist in educating employees about benefits programs.

 

Assist in HR Projects:

  • Collaborate with HR professionals on HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, internship programming events, or HR technology implementations.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in human resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
