Job Description

Your role:

You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s marketing, sponsorship, event co-ordination and social media activities.

Your primary focus will be to implement strategies to support and promote the growth of the company and it's monthly sales promotions.

Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensuring daily execution of marketing initiatives from content creation, producing creative designs, to increasing social media awareness
  • Execute day-to-day marketing campaigns that will increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Manage day-to-day activities across all social media and studio marketing and events collateral
  • Assist in managing paid social acquisition with a daily focus on ensuring budget optimization, revenue generation, ROI, and other key business metrics are achieved
  • Monthly reporting of key marketing metrics
  • Ensuring compliance of all communications materials with the corporate design, style guide and branding requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media Studies or Communications
  • 1-2 years in marketing experience preferably with eCommerce industry experience
  • Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multi-task, and thrive under pressure and deadlines
