Revolution Media was founded in 2004 with the aim of bringing the very best watch-related content to readers everywhere. The first issue of Revolution was published in March 2005, and today we have over 15 print editions all over the world. With this leading position in print publishing, Revolution is now moving into the digital domain with a digital edition and brand-new website (relaunched in 2016).
To assist Circulation and Marketing team with a range of distribution and marketing activities related to the daily operations. He/she will liase with the logistics and mailing agents worldwide to administer and process matters pertaining to subscriptions. The incumbent will contact local and overseas hotels/ airlines/ retailers to conduct ongoing projects for marketing/placement tie-ups.
Responsibilities: Ensure timely delivery of magazines by using various contracted distribution partners. Database management - accurate data entry, maintenance and regulation.Respond to customer service calls and correspondence regarding subscription services, complaints, payment issues and special - issue requests. Be involved in the implementation of marketing and circulation materials. Co-ordinate with freight forwarders, postal agents and printers to provide documentations. Liase with Finance department to ensure accuracy of invoices to 3rd party service providers. Market research through internet and follow-up on leads for marketing and placement tie-ups.
Requirements: Organized, meticulous, with strong follow-up traits and initiatives. Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure. Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative. Communicate effectively in verbal and email response. Excellent MS office skills and effective project management ability.
