Job Description

Events Management Intern (3 Months Full Time Poition)


Are you someone who possesses excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and an appetite for challenge and growth? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We are a successful start-up and we are looking for an Events Management Intern.

Your role:

  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure adherence to event project plans, goals and budget.
  • Recommend venues for events in consultation with internal stakeholders
  • Create and present event proposals for approval to management
  • Review project deliverables to ensure that project plans are followed
  • Propose project’s financial budgets 
  • Liaise with property leasing and operations teams and local authority for various submission and approval
  • Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance, in delivering events
  • Conduct market research and surveys

About You:

  • Currently studying Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management or Business Management.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multi-task and able to work irregular hours depending on the nature and timeline of the events
