Our company undertakes turnkey project for Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.
We provide from Project management, design, fabrication, installation to full commissioning. Projects undertaken include Singapore, Indonesia Batam, UAE, China. Our company core business is also in repairs & maintenance in the related field which dates back since 1973.
Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
Perform other purchasing duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
Good coordination and communication skills
