Job Description

RHB Bank Singapore is a SGX accredited Mainboard issue manager and authorized Catalist Full Sponsor. At Corporate Finance, we have acted as the issue manager or financial adviser to numerous large corporations or SMEs in their equity funding exercises. We also work closely with various teams in the RHB Group with a view of providing our clients holistic solutions to their financing requirements. During your internship, you will have the opportunity of putting your finance and accounting knowledge into practice.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of pitch books for Corporate Finance or other business sections under the Capital Market
  • Assist in performing financial valuation, e.g. discounted cash flows and multiples based analyses
  • Assist in performing company and industry research

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate from Economics / Accountancy / Business / Finance discipline
  • Strong grasp of finance and accounting concepts
  • Prior internship experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Big 4 / Banking is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills. Knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and meticulous
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English; fluency in another Asian language is an advantage
