Richedu – Digital Illustration

Richedu is an educational rewards platform that magically turns students' assignments into coins. We understand and support students in an unparalleled experience as we are students ourselves and we see the lack of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in students to study due to the ancient, dinosaur-like education system. We want to create a change for students, motivate and encourage them to become more active, and spice up the current education system with a gamified approach. 

Richedu is more than an educational rewards platform. We strive to empower each and every student as much as possible. And that is one of the reasons almost 99% of our team is made up of students, experienced or not, who either have a tough time finding opportunities elsewhere or those who have to do irrelevant tasks in their positions. 

Bringing in new and creative minds is part of our core mission. We embrace true freedom in the opportunities we provide. Typical programming jobs either as a COOP or full-time entry level positions will have you do data-entry, cleaning up the system, or doing the work that no one else wants to do. Positions in design and marketing limit you to strict guidelines and box your creative ideas with a fixed perimeter. We are not like that. Richedu allows you to develop your personal, interpersonal, and career skills in an unmatched experience like before. 

We host experienced team advisors who are present to answer questions, guide, and provide access to training, resources, and courses if need be. 

We are working on multiple projects at a time and are always looking for advisors, mentors, and most importantly creative minds who want to enter the job market or gain experience.
