Budgeting / Forecasting

• Coordinate and discuss with key stake holders in delivering budgets and quarterly forecasts timely. This includes especially definition of timetables and milestones, financial projections, simulation and analysis throughout the process with compliance to accounting standards and Group’s financial policy & guidelines
• Assist to prepare Business plan presentation to Brands/ HQ/ Region (Budget Presentation)
• Understand allocation keys, prepare and provide cost allocation budget/forecast to all brands highlighting bridges to key variance movements  
• Reporting of budget monthly split in local system supporting analysis on  Year to Go vs budget/Latest Estimates (LE) and providing action plan (if any)
  

Strategic Planning / Business Support

• Develop & evaluate new ventures (risks and opportunities) for boutiques/investment projects with 5- year plans and break-even analysis
• Provide local initiatives on business projects according to regional and group direction, ensuring financial visibility and controls are well respected
• Ensure project strategies & plans are prepared with strict compliance of Brand /HQ / Group’s reporting & approval requirements (e.g. Lease/Investment approvals)
• Monitor & track actual costs of investment projects vs Lease/Investment approved plan
• Drive initiatives (locally or regionally) with Brands/Function Heads to ensure reporting or processes efficiency is achieved
• Business Analytics and transversal projects supporting Richemont’s objectives
  

Performance Reporting and Compliance

• Manage the monthly performance reporting process and other management reports to ensure data integrity, quality of analysis and commentaries with strong business focus
• Identify cost drivers and potential savings by analysing Brands/Function’s operations and assist management in looking for efficiency improvement
• Prepare schedules/reports on actual performance with variance analysis &/or commentaries for Brands/ Region/Function heads
• Work closely with Internal Control team (Group Internal Audit & SOX team, Compliance team) to ensure adherence to internal control requirement and adequate documentation of controls & processes
