======= Job Scope =======

The purpose of this position is to support the department in order to provide more efficient Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands and Back Offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Recruitment and Selection

To do pre-screening of job applicants via recruitment sources (Job sites/ Recruitment agencies) and based on resumes/cvs sent to the main HR email address

To assist in the scheduling of interview appointments between candidates / recruitment agencies and interviewers

To assist in the conducting of interviews for junior-level boutique sales representative positions

 HRIS

To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, training and awards)

To issue letters (letters of appointment, adjustment and promotion letters, acceptance of resignation and etc.)

To monitor leave applications through e-leave system

 Benefits Administration

To enrol and update new recruits and existing employees

To consolidate and verify medical and allowances claims submitted by employees

To collect and issue medical cards and any other related procedures

 Training Administration

To contact training providers for course details and enrol identified employees in the relevant courses

To submit all government subsidies training funds (e.g. SDF, absentee payroll, etc.)

 Others

To maintain proper filling.

To do scheduled archiving of records

To verify invoices before payment

To assist in any special projects – policy making, CSR, recruitment initiatives

To carry out other ad hoc duties assigned

======= Job requirements =======

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Prior HR experience is preferred

• Computer literacy

• Good spoken / written English is essential

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTAINMENTS

• University undergraduate/Polytechnic student

• Students majoring in HR or pursuing business management (or other relevant disciplines) studies are preferred
