Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely and accurate way
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Gather customer feedback and share with team members
Requirements:
Excellent people and communication skills
Analytical mind (ability to translate complex data into market insights)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
