About the Role:
- Responsible for
- Performing Accounts Receivable(AR) function
- Preparation and generation of sales invoices and debit note
- Monitoring of AR and working with accounts/sales team to follow-up with customers on overdue account
- Daily recording of expense transactions into the accounting system
- Performing inter-company billings and reconciliations of inter-company transactions and balances
- Performing Accounts Receivable(AR) function
- Assist in preparation of monthly payroll & CPF, disbursements, and bill payments
- Filing, and scanning(where required) of source documents for proper bookkeeping
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (POA)
- Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable with Cloud Accounting solutions like Quickbooks/Xero
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Undergraduates in Accounting/Finance/Business Management looking for industry exposure are welcome!
