Job Description
• Assist the team in the drafting of investment and origination memos.
• Research for relevant industry, company and competitive information
• Assist in the coordination of advisors for due diligence.
• Support financial and commercial analysis.
• Perform financial modeling including LBO, Comparable Analysis.
• Work on projects relating to portfolio, sector and other analysis.
Requirements
• Third year undergraduate in business, economics, finance or accounting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about working in M&A.
• Good investment acumen and familiarity with financial concepts.
• Prior experience in M&A/investment banking internships.
