Who we're looking for

We're looking for candidates who can think on their feet, self-starters and who will take the initiative to develop and grow beyond their comfort zones. We're not going to lie - Riverview is fast paced, and we want interns who are able to match our speed and keep up with the ever-changing marketing tech space. Couch potatoes need not apply - however, ideal candidates, continue reading:

  • Majored in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field (Poly / Undergrad)(Degree not essential)
  • Are comfortable being client-facing and can hold a conversation
  • Are strong communicators and have excellent writing skills
  • Have some technical experience (if you know what an API is, you're halfway there)
    (Don't know what an API is? Being able to find the answer is one essential skill you'll need at Riverview!)
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in customer service or client management
  • Are unafraid of a challenge, and can adapt to new environments quickly

What should you expect?

  • Be client-facing: speak to clients, troubleshoot and problem-solve with the team
  • Present great new ideas for developing client relationships
  • Creating and updating case study materials and SOP guidelines
  • Support customer data and be the backbone of our Customer Success team! 

The chosen candidate may be offered a full time position with Riverview at the end of the internship.
