Job Description

You will be part of the Data Collection team to conduct large-scale national surveys. Your role involves working closely with Managers to ensure survey objectives are met. In this role, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of learning experiences such as practical hands-on application of concepts that will be introduced via formal training, as well as interactions with people from diverse backgrounds and different organizational functions such as Human Resource and Information Systems. You are expected to deliver good customer service when collecting labour-related information through phone or email, which will help in informed decision-making by the government and the community at large. Being meticulous and having a strong eye for details are important as you will be involved in the validation of survey responses to ensure the accuracy of data collected. You are also expected to ensure a good survey experience is delivered through our online platform, as well as to resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents alike.

 

  • Call respondents to conduct survey through phone assist
  • Visit pre-selected respondents to conduct face-to-face survey (When required)
  • Input respondent’s information into digital survey system
  • Achieve high response rate by persuading respondents to submit/ complete the survey
  • Contact respondents to solicit survey returns and verification of the information provided
  • Understand and use coding knowledge to check, validate and update survey responses in system
  • Ensure survey data is accurate and reliable and make calls to respondents to verify inaccurate data
  • Possess a PC, corporate phone will be given to each candidate
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

 Job Details and Requirements: 

  • Working Hours: Full Time
  • Monday – Friday (9-6pm or 8:30-5:30)
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable) to 1 year
  • Phone communication skill
  • Well verse in MS excel skill, Vlook Up and Pivot table 
  • All candidate will need to attend a pre-interview assessment
  • Upon shortlisted candidates attending training and passing the pre-employment assessment, they will be appointed for the employment
