As a fast-growing last mile company in Singapore, Roadbull serves an extensive clientele base of Ecommerce clients. One such position is that of an associate, an individual whose prime responsibility is to meticulously fulfil customers’ orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
Job Description
Roadbull Operations Hub Associate (ROHA - FT) performs a variety of duties including deciphering work orders, locating merchandize in storage locations, and picking and packing items for shipping. ROHA primarily works in a warehouse environment, the knowledge on how to operate forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. It is also important for associates to understand the different aspects of production, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Monitor and work closely with merchants to expedite fulfillment turnaround and provide support as necessary.
- Receive and understand work orders to determine the type and quantity of items ordered by customers
- Obtain storage location information from the merchandise database to assist in locating the item
- Locate items in storage areas and compare the information on them with work orders to ensure conformance
- Check items to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to quality specifications and perform packing and boozing duties
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely
- Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
- Maintain strict controls of inventory movement
- Transport picked and packed items to Roadbull Delivery House (RDH) in a proper and safe manner.
- Arrange all incoming shipments in designated storage areas according to established protocols.
- Skilled in completing manual and computerized forms and delivery documents
- Knowledge of order documents and capability to identify packing requirements and procedures for exact items using manual or automatic processes
Job Requirements
To work as a Full-time Roadbull Operations Hub Associate (ROHA),
- Minimum a diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or any related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of operations experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-started and willing to take on new challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business systems (i.e. WMS)
- Singaporeans & SPR only
