System Process Improvements
1.Work closely with ASEAN Customer Service Team to identify and analyses business needs to manage Order to Cash operations
2.Support Project for establishing of Customer Contact Centre for Japan and Korea
3.Documentation of process and work flows
4.Development of clear KPI's for < Back-order, MTO orders, Late deliveries
5.Develop monitoring process/ database for parts replacement
6.Support in developing change request for the identified business gaps
7.Identifying issues and risks
8.Support Customer Service team with order expediting
9.Develop Knowledge Elements/Work instructions for IAM/OES and Export channel
10.Develop and create standard reports for Customer Contact Services
Customer Supply Chain Customer Service Contact Centre
1.Work on defining business improvements for Customer CSI (Satisfaction index)
2.Prepare project documentations and monitoring (Dashboards, BW reports)
3.Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for the future training
4.Develop Bosch Connect page for Customer Services to include training documents
5.Supporting with communication to internal and external stake-holders
6.Drive implementation together with business lead and external provider
Required knowledge
1.Attention to detail, good system skills
2.Programming, database, SAP and SQL skills
3.Punctual and reliable to deliver on time (drive to achieve results)
4.Able to interpret data in the system (good with numbers, conceptual design)
5.Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
6.Business acumen, knowledge of business ethics (Customer interface)
