Job Description

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain working knowledge and hands-on experience in the function of Corporate Communications for a global MNC. This role will encompass internal and external communications, as well as special projects.

Your contribution to something big

  • Actively involved in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
  • Correspond with international counterparts
  • Actively involved in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
  • Work with key media outlets for press coverage
  • Coordinate and produce an internal e-newsletter for Southeast Asia
  • Support updates on the Bosch website and intranet
  • Support the department for internal and external communication efforts
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

What distinguishes you

  • Enrolled in Mass Communications, Marketing or other Humanities-related courses
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
  • Knowledge of design software and/or web programming is an added advantage (Photoshop, InDesign)
