Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support the review of international assignment policies (eg. global policy, car policy), including market research and benchmarking.
  • Support project roll-out relating to resourcing, talent management and Junior Management Program in ASEAN.
  • Liaise with ASEAN HR team for monthly and adhoc report submission (eg. employees’ turnover report). Review and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Research and assist in the preparation of presentation materials (eg. powerpoint) for Management Meetings and HR Trainings.
  • Provide support on Training and Development topics in ASEAN.
  • Maintain ASEAN HR Community in Bosch Connect.

Student Profile:

You will have a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, be a team player and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

You will ideally possess the following:

Tertiary education in human resources, psychology, business administration or any related discipline

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and willing to learn
  • Highly motivated and proactive

All applicants must be currently enrolled in an institution (throughout  internship period) or have registered interest to pursue further studies.
