Responsibilities
• Carrying out operational tasks according to established process
• Research, propose and evaluate improvement ideas to existing IT product and services
• Coordinate pilot rollout projects regionaly in AP and world-wide
• Data Analysis of Key Performance Indicator of running services
• Contribute actively and creatively in organiztional tasks, e.g. documentation, internal marketing
• Problem solving and communication with world-wide internal customers
• Participant and prepare management-level presentations

• Proficient in Office suite
• Taking initiative and passionate for IT activities
• Strong personal time and task management
• Able to work indepedently • Excellent team player
• Fast Learner
• Good foundational knowledge and experience with Windows or Linux Operating System
• Good foundational knowledge and experience with Computer Networks and TCP/IP Protocols
