Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for interns in the company, taking care of the end-to-end internship process encompass collection of internship request from hiring managers, posting of internship opening(s), working with schools on internship arrangements, onboarding of interns, first day orientation, exit and updating of internship tracking file.Improving and stream lining current processes involving talent acquisition, compensation
  • Deliver new or improved HR initiatives to current intern framework.
  • Work closely with various business units and external institutions, ensuring that their manpower requirements are met.
  • Networking with both hiring managers and potential candidates to achieve the best outcome.
  • Maintaining and building collaborative and open lines of communication with various parties.
  • Creation and preparation of templates and on-boarding presentations for interns
  • Administrative and ad-hoc duties

Profile:

  • Undergraduate in business management, human resource and other related courses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and willing to learn
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
