Job Description
This position reports to the controller for AP region. The candidate will participate in the daily operating activities in Singapore, China and Japan, which including
1. Issue invoices in SAP
2. Assist in month end closing activities such as revenue and cost reporting
3. Track sales orders and maintain agreements with customers
4. Participate in quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning
5. Maintain proper time tracking for project owners in blue ant system and prepare productivity report
6. Liaise with supplier for outstanding payment
