Job Description

Play an active support role in leading HR policies implementation and changesPlan and implement employee engagement activities (e.g Sourcing for vendors, designing of communication materials, arranging of logistics)Lead communication strategy and implementation of key HR updates and information Play an active role to lead/support in assigned HR projects; e.g. digital HR initiatives, C&B related research and analysis, etc. Provide support on work pass and immigration related matters; application, renewal, issuance and appealsProvide support on Personnel Marketing (Employer Branding) topics; e.g. LinkedIn content creation, Video editing, Collaterals for Career Fairs and Recruitment TalksAssist in key areas of HR shared service functions; e.g. attending to employees’ queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation

Qualifications

Able to commit for 6 months (full-time internship). Degree/Diploma holders of any discipline allowed Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Canva will be a plusIndependent learner and proactive problem solverStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressureStart Date - Immediate

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies

• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:

• You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.

• You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

• The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
