Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities.
- Improving and stream lining current processes involving talent acquisition, compensation
- Deliver new or improved HR initiatives to current intern framework.
- Work closely with various business units and external institutions, ensuring that their manpower requirements are met.
- Networking with both hiring managers and potential candidates to achieve the best outcome.
- Maintaining and building collaborative and open lines of communication with various parties.
- Creation and preparation of templates and on-boarding presentations for interns.
- Administrative and ad-hoc duties
Job Requisites:
- Local Undergraduate in business management, human resource and other related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Committed and willing to learn
- Highly motivated and proactive
