Job Description

Project Management & Business Analyst Support
1. Work closely with ASEAN clients and the business to identify and analyses business processes and work flows.
2. Facilitating workshops for the Project.
3. Documentation of process and work flows.
4. Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
5. Support in developing change request for the identified business gaps
6. Identifying issues and risks
7. Support Customer Service team with order processing and expediting
8. Develop Knowledge Elements/Work instructions for the To-Be business processes.
9. Develop and create standard reports for Customer Contact Services
Customer Supply Chain Service (CUS) Project
1. Work on defining business processes for O2C, Customer complaints and enquiries.
2. Prepare documentation and release it in SOCOS for APSE
3. Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for future training.
4. Support implementation of project with various tasks: telephony system and customer contact infrastructure set-up, mapping of calls requirements, monitoring risks and reporting on deviations.
5. Supporting with communication to internal and external stake-holders
6. Drive implementation together with business lead and extended team from Manila.
