Job Description
Responsibilities
•Understand, review and update documentations for an existing in-house developed Workflow management product (WorkON) •Participate in a project for the introduction of a major upgrade to the WorkON product •Support in designing and generating workflow product report from monitoring tool (e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics) •Support in testing and by following change management process •Support standalone workflow solution study •Support WorkON sub project rollout worldwide (e.g. Archive, Dashboard)

•Understanding of applications management in an IT environment •Good written and oral skills in English (German beneficial) •Ability to communicate with customers to understand their requirements •Participation in a multicultural working environment in a global organisation •Understanding of web technologies, Browser, Web server, Java •Interest in providing innovative solutions for a large customer base •Good understanding of UX in product •Highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and flexible
