Job Description
Tax
- Assist in the preparation of Tax Newsletter
- Collating materials to update newsletter
- Creation and updating of newsletter
- Assist in the preparation of Withholding Tax
- Preparation of forms to be uploaded and imported to the necessary reporting
- Assist in the preparation of GST
- Retrieving information from SAP and inputting it into the GST Template
- SAP System Maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of Tax Computations (CIT)
- Calculation of tax payables
- Transfer pricing global documentations
- Tracking and saving of documents
Foreign Trade
- Collation of Custom Duties data and information (Foreign trade statistics)
- Maintaining, checking and upholding data quality
- Foreign Trade Statistics Report (Bi-annually/Annually)
- Chart Gatherings + Slide presentation
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Updating of Team Meeting Excel List
- To be assigned
Qualifications
- Able to commit for 6 months (full-time basis only | start date: Sept'21 - Oct'21)
- Undergrad Diploma or Universities students with Tax/Accounting or related studies
- Meticulous, diligent and independent working style preferred
- Previous internship experience would be advantageous
- Able to perform duties on Microsoft Suite
