Responsibilities:
1. Business Division Controlling
- Assess customer payment history and recommendation of order release.
- Generating of Monthly Prognosis report for the region
2. Regional Office Departments
- Cost Reports generation and analysis, assist respective controllers in the monthly Analysis and look out for special/ extraordinary items, ensure expenditures are within deployed budget
- Assist controllers for continuous report improvement
- Reviewing the Debit Note requests from HR department
- Assist HoD in cost recharging (if any)
3. Projects
- Annual Business Plan
- To be involved in the Business Planning exercise, generate templates for Cost Allocation.
- Assist in Subsequent Planning
- Assist in cost uploading to SAP system
- Other ad-hoc improvement projects
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
