Job Description

Main

Project Management Support

1.) Support of project management & administration for Customer Service Transformation project. Key focus is on Process Documents, Work instruction and preparation of training documents. Support with preparation and realisation of training

2.) Customer order behaviour management and recommended actions for improvement

3.) Customer service level survey development and coordination. Development of KPI’s for Customer Service Team 

4.) Work on defining business processes for O2C, Customer complaints and enquiries.

5.) Prepare documentation and release it in SOCOS for APSE.

6) Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for the future training

7.) Support implementation of project with various tasks: telephony system and customer contact infrastructure set-up, mapping of calls requirements, monitoring risks and reporting on deviations

8.) Supporting with communication to internal and external stake-holders 

Administration

1.) Assist in preparation of presentation slides.

2.) Assist with organisation and planning of CUS meetings and event such as Training and special events

3.) Support with creation of Customer Survey

4.) Preparation of slides for CUS project  

5) Other administrative tasks, on need basis
