Job Description

Job Requirements

1.Support Project for establishing of Customer Contact Centre for Japan and Korea

2.Business concept preparation, return on investments, project risks

3.Identifying issues and risks in new implementation

4.Preparation of Management presentation for SLC Target Operating Model

5.Development of KPI's in line with future business strategy

6.Development of KPI's for improvements in Customer CSI (Satisfaction index)

7.Prepare project documentations and monitoring (Dashboards, BW reports)

8.Develop CUS Competency module, similar to Sales Force Academy training concept

9.Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for the future training

10.Establish Bosch BGN or equivalent portal for training documentation 

Skills Profile

1. Project Management Skills (MS project or equivalent)
2. Knowledge of business model/ concepts development
3. Business acumen, knowledge of Sales & Distribution (Customer interface)
4. Independent to develop own concept, present argument and back it up with data
5. Commercial skills and understanding of ROI calculations
6. Strong communication and presentation skills (written & oral)
7. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
8. Punctual and reliable to deliver on time (drive to achieve results)
