Job Description
Introduction

Robolots is a young and cheerful F&B group in Singapore. We are a new local start-up and are in the midst of franchise building. We abide to a motto where we give customers a DIY dining experience where their current visit will never be the same as the next one. This is your greatest opportunity not to be missed. You will be involved in a lot of events and new projects, such as Sample Tea Parties, DIY bar set-up, as well as the opening of a new franchise. Our fun-filled and relaxed café vibes also resonates with our workplace and values.

Job Description (but not limited to):

- To assist Marcoms Manager in the execution of marketing promotions and communications (F&B, Meetings, Events) and PR relating to the Café

- Liaise with agencies for the development of above-the-line, below-the-line, online, and social network content

- To manage and update the content for our website

- To do copywriting and design simple artwork for our marketing and communication

- Develop new media contacts, planning and writing press releases

- Monitors media coverage, updates and maintains new clippings relations to our café and competitors

- Research on possible business expansion opportunities

- To be able to draft a marketing budget and work with suppliers

- Provide administrative support to the Café

- Assists with events planning, execution, and documentation (including the photography)

Requirements

Photoshop skills not mandatory but preferred

Marketing experience within the f&b industry is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Possess great interpersonal skills

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment with tight timelines

Strong project management and coordination skills

Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint

Working Hours

Shift work hours flexible/negotiable.

Tue – Sat: 2pm – 10pm
