Job Description

We are currently looking for a Facilitator and Coding Curriculum Development Intern to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day lesson operations and curriculum planning. You will be required to undergo our training in Robotics and Coding.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FACILITATOR AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT INTERN

  • Support the lesson delivery at our partner education agencies 

  • Create engaging lessons that inspire creativity and curiosity

  • Consolidate, document and upload student’s progress photos

  • Provide a safe and neat classroom environment for our students to build and play in

  • Deliver and explain STEM concepts to young students creatively

  • Create, plan and develop age-appropriate coding lesson plans

  • Review and consolidate lesson objectives and aims

In the first month and within three months:

  • Develop a strong understanding of STEM and coding concepts

  • Familiar with RoboThink Lesson Execution and Content delivery

  • Develop basic classroom management skills

In three to six months 

  • Ability to plan, create and conceptualise lesson content

  • Create training collaterals across various formats, such as worksheets and instruction manuals.

  • Understand and execute lessons creatively, achieving lesson goals and objectives.

In 12 months 

  • Develop strong classroom management and organisation skills

  • Strong understanding of STEM, robotics and coding concepts

  • Ability to teach, guide and coach students to master an understanding of STEM, robotics and coding concepts
