As Singapore’s premier coding school, our mission has empowered our team of more than 100 MOE-registered teachers to teach upwards of 10,000 students via collaboration with 120 schools and organisations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Champion the Academy’s Brand guidelines and Customer Service Blueprint as the first touch point of the Academy.
- Be the central node of the HQ backend support team and perform occasional front end customer service duties.
- Provide professional, prompt, and friendly support to customers and staff over the phone and text messages for matters such as: attendance, billing, technical, curriculum or other enquiries.
- Use cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot to manage internal and external support requests from customers and staff
- Maintain frontage of Learning Centre in terms of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene as per Academy’s Brand Guidelines
- Manage schedule for make-up classes
- Assist in operations such as printing, and equipment checks
- Engage parents through communication channels such as texting with regular updates of activities and promotional events

- Polytechnics graduates
- University undergraduates
- Diligent and detail-orientated
- Independent and self-initiated
- Basic MS office knowledge

Location, Environment, Commitment and Compensation:
Location: Novena (Occasional travel to other outlets as needed)
Environment:
- Backend air-conditioned office environment
- 80% desk-based office environment and 20% moving around to other outlets occasionally as needed
Working Hours:
- 4 or 5 work days (Mixture of weekdays and weekends is possible and preferred)
- Open to 5 weekdays / 4 weekdays + 1 weekend / 3 weekdays + 2 weekends
- 8 hours per day + 1 hour meal break
- 9am – 6pm (weekdays)
- 8.30am – 5.30pm (weekends)
Commitment Period:
- Minimum 3 months
- Recommended 6 months
Compensation:
- $800 - $1000
