As a Business Development Intern, you have an exciting and an extraordinary opportunity to be at the roots of the fast growing and constantly developing company. You will gain an inside perspective on an internet start-up, learn day-to-day management and build functional expertise. Daily responsibilities include:
- Building local strategic networks - establishing relationships, negotiating with business partners and developing mutually beneficial partnerships
- Conducting market research into various areas and using this to grow and expand the business
- Setting up operations across a wide range of disciplines
In Helpling, roles and responsibilities will be very dynamic and can change from day to day (eg; one day you could be interviewing potential partners for our website, the next day you are sorting out IT-issues to get the website up and running, and the following day you could help out on how to market our product to customers!
Who we looking for- A recent graduate who is available to start in the next few weeks
- Well spoken in English, and able to converse in Mandarin
- Available for at least two months
- Exceptional analytic skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- Flexibility, with the ability to think and act independently and problem solve quickly and effectively
- Experience in setting up businesses or other organizations is a big plus (but not a must!)
