Roffe International Holdings is looking for Administrative Executives who will assist with various admin duties, including data entry, client handling, showroom management, and assisting the manager with any other duties. We are looking for people who are not only hard workers, but also avid learners who seek constant improvement and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Adminstrative Assistant:
- Opportunity to grow and room for career developments
- Monthly Salary range from $1,800 to $2,800 (Plus Commission)
- Execute various administrative duties and handling of clients
- Handle showroom duties, including cleaning, handling phone calls, dealing with clients
- Process and generate both online and in-shop purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO) and invoices
- Assist with management of company website
- Provide assistance with company events
- Provide administrative support to relevant departments
- Keep prospective client database updated
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel at least)
- Self motivated and driven character
- Take pride and responsibilities in assigned task/project
- No experience applicants are welcome, some experience will be an added advantage
- Exposure to medical, health & wellness industry will be an added advantage
- Strong foundation in Chinese will be an added advantage
- Good communication (Verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
- Sense of urgency and efficient at work
- Hardworking and willing to learn
