Job Description
- Make Sales Quotations and delivery arrangements
- Email correspondence for spares and equipment orders & coordination with customers
- Liaise with customer for prompt supply of Vessel' stores and spares
- Handle purchasing activities as well as arranging for surveys and Inspections for Vessel
- Send enquiry / requisitions to suppliers for quotation
- Prepare purchase order and delivery order, etc...
- Liaise with agents and ships for supply of spare parts and stores to vessel at convenient ports
