- To ensure smooth operations. Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and liaise with owner/clients or agents on vessel boarding details.
- Process all necessary formalities, declarations, permits, and safety induction courses for shipyard job
- Arranging and coordinating supply/delivery of ship spares
- Prepare all reports after servicing is done and highlight the various services/materials
- Provide full administrative support to the Manager
- On Job training will be provided
